What is included in my monthly charge?
The base rate includes three meals per day, morning and afternoon snacks, scheduled recreational and social activities, daily living assistance (dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.), management of medications, personal laundry service, daily housekeeping, assistance with coordinating medical appointments and transportation, and 24-hour access to our friendly staff.
How often can family and friends visit?
Family and friends may visit as often as they’d like. Due to COVID-19, additional measures are being taken to ensure public health guidelines are followed.
Am I able to receive physical therapy and/or home health services at Fellowship Home?
Yes, Fellowship Home coordinates with physical therapists and nurses from home health agencies to provide specialized services to residents who require skilled care.
Can residents come and go as they please?
Yes. Residents who are able may leave the community, and those requiring assistance can request transportation to where they’d like to go. Residents have the same rights living at Fellowship Home as they do in their own home.
Does Fellowship Home offer short-term living arrangements?
Yes. We offer short-term accommodations for individuals who need respite care to regain strength or recover from surgery. Short-term arrangements also work well for those who would like to try assisted living prior to committing to making a change and for those individuals needing care while a caregiver is away. Special short-term rates will be applied to stays of less than 30 days.
Can I bring my own furniture?
We encourage our residents to bring their furniture to make the experience as home-like as possible. Depending on availability, furniture options can be explored at special rates by request.
